Purchases from FXhome.com

When you purchase software from the FXhome.com store, you will receive an email with the subject line "Your Order Information."  This email will contain a link to your FXhome.com Order page, which is where you will find your Serial code.  This is true for both the download version and boxed version of the products.

• If you cannot find the email, double-check your email's junk bin to make sure it didn't accidentally end up there.

Purchases from Resellers

If you purchase FXhome software from any reseller, they will provide you with a serial code. 

• If you cannot find the serial, double-check the packaging that came with the product (if applicable)
• Also check your email inbox, and it's junk bin, for an email containing the serial. 
• If you still cannot find the serial, contact the seller which you bought the software from.
